21.244 Rules; purpose. Sec. 14. The department may promulgate rules pursuant to Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being sections 24.201 to 24.315 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, to regulate the disbursement of funds appropriated to local units of government, to provide guidelines for identification of funds over which the director has disbursement authority, and to implement and administer this act.
