24.18 Annual or biennial reports of state officers and agencies; period covered. Sec. 18. It shall be the duty of the several officers and boards of this state, and also of the several public institutions thereof, from whom reports are now or may hereafter be required, unless otherwise especially provided for, to make their respective annual or biennial reports to the governor for the period covered by the fiscal year ending June 30.
