24.31 Reports of public institutions; number of copies. Sec. 31. It shall be the duty of the secretary of state to advise with the several officers, boards of officers and public institutions making reports as to the number of copies of their reports necessary. And it shall be the duty of the state printer or binder to deliver at the office of the secretary of state, or at such other place or places as he may direct, all the books or pamphlets to be printed and bound, as mentioned in this act.
