247.481 Change in apportionment or tax; restriction. Sec. 81. The county road commissioners or the state highway commissioner, as the case may be, shall have no power to change the apportionment or tax upon any parcels of land except for the errors as in this act provided, or has been provided in said Act No. 59 of the Public Acts of 1915.
