247.428 Certification of sums to be paid. Sec. 28. The county road commissioners or the state highway commissioner shall certify to the county treasurer of the county, the various sums to be paid by the county at large, townships at large, and lands benefited in each township, and shall also certify to the treasurer of any city assessed at large the amount to be paid by such city.
