247.454 Apportionment based on benefits; description of lands. Sec. 54. All apportionment for benefits under the provisions of this act, shall be upon the principle of benefits derived. All description of lands under the provisions of this act shall be made by bounding the same or by giving the local sub-divisions thereof; and it may be described by designations of the lot, or in some way by which it may be known and identified.
