247.458 Record of proceedings; supplies. Sec. 58. The county road commissioners, or the state highway commissioner, shall procure record books, and keep a record of all the proceedings had under this act, and they shall procure the necessary stationery and supplies, which expense shall be paid by the county, or by the state as the case may be.
