250.1042 'Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway.' Sec. 42. The portion of highway M-59 from the intersection with I-96 in Livingston county and extending east to the intersection with I-94 in Macomb county, excluding the section of highway M-59 between the city of Pontiac and the city of Utica, shall be known as the 'Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway'.
