256.661 Classroom instruction; number of students; limitation.Sec. 41. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, a segment 1 or segment 2 classroom shall not contain more than 36 students when classroom instruction is given. (2) A segment 2 class size may exceed 36 students with the prior approval of the secretary of state. The secretary of state may approve a segment 2 class size to exceed 36 students for up to 60 minutes per day when justified by a special presentation.
