256.704 Deposit of revenue balance into traffic law enforcement and safety fund.Sec. 84. After deducting the actual administrative costs of the department, the balance of the revenue from the fees collected under this act, up to an annual total of $15,000.00, shall be deposited in the traffic law enforcement and safety fund created in section 819a of the Michigan vehicle code, 1949 PA 300, MCL 257.819a.
