257.13b 'Empty weight' defined. Sec. 13b. Empty weight means the shipping weight of a vehicle as furnished by the manufacturer or in lieu thereof, the scale weight taken from a weight receipt furnished by the weighmaster operating scales approved and sealed by the state department of agriculture.
