§ 257-1a

257.1a 'Accessory' and 'adequate in-person services' defined.Sec. 1a. As used in this act: (a) 'Accessory' means any accessory, equipment, additional part or replacement part for a vehicle for which a certificate of title is required to be issued under this act. (b) 'Adequate in-person services' means providing in-person service options, without the requirement of an advance appointment, on each day and at each location a secretary of state branch office is open for services in this state.
