§ 257-24b

257.24b 'Late model vehicle' defined. Sec. 24b. 'Late model vehicle' means a vehicle weighing 8,000 pounds or less, manufactured in the current model year or the 5 model years immediately preceding the current model year, or, if over 8,000 pounds, a vehicle manufactured in the current model year or the 15 model years immediately preceding the current model year.
