257.25b 'Low-speed vehicle' defined.Sec. 25b. 'Low-speed vehicle' means a self-propelled motor vehicle to which both of the following apply: (a) The vehicle conforms to the definition of low-speed vehicle under 49 CFR 571.3(b).
