257.39a 'Permanent disability' defined. Sec. 39a. 'Permanent disability' means a physical characteristic categorized as a disability that significantly limits ambulation or necessitates the use of a wheelchair for mobility, or blindness, for which there is a present medical expectation that the disability will always persist and never significantly improve.
