257.41a 'Police book' defined. Sec. 41a. 'Police book' means a hardcover, bound volume or a record in a form prescribed by the secretary of state that provides a bought and sold record for each vehicle handled by a dealer, contains the information required by section 251, and includes any other information required by law or the secretary of state.
