257.78a 'Used vehicle parts dealer' or 'used or secondhand vehicle parts dealer' defined. Sec. 78a. 'Used vehicle parts dealer' or 'used or secondhand vehicle parts dealer' means a person engaged in the business of buying or otherwise dealing in vehicles for the purpose of dismantling the vehicles to sell used parts and remaining scrap metal or a person engaged in the business of buying, acquiring, selling, or otherwise dealing in salvageable parts.
