257.248i Attending pool or auction selling salvage or scrap titled vehicles. Sec. 248i. Except for department of state personnel, insurance company representatives, governmental officials, or law enforcement personnel, a person shall not attend a pool or auction selling salvage or scrap titled vehicles unless the person is licensed under this act as a salvage vehicle agent.
