257.250a Placement of license on probation; conditionsSec. 250a. As an alternative or in addition to administrative action under section 248h(1) for a violation or alleged violation of section 248h(2), section 249 for a violation or alleged violation of section 249, section 249a(1) for a violation or alleged violation of section 249a(1), or section 249a(2) for a violation or alleged violation of section 249a(2), the secretary of state may, by written agreement with a person that holds the license described in that section, place that license on probation and include conditions of probation in the agreement.
