257.320c Issuance of license after suspension or revocation; examination; qualifications; exception. Sec. 320c. Before a license is issued to a person whose license has been suspended or revoked, the person may be examined in a manner prescribed by the secretary of state and shall be required to meet all of the qualifications prescribed in section 309.
