257.502a Proof of compliance with laws of another state. Sec. 502a. Proof of compliance with the financial responsibility laws of another state may be submitted to the secretary of state in lieu of the proof of financial responsibility required by this chapter if the accident for which proof of financial responsibility is required under this chapter occurred in the state with whose laws there was compliance.
