257.512 Nonpayment of judgment; suspension of registration and nonresident's operating privilege. Sec. 512. The secretary of state upon receipt of a certified abstract of court record of a judgment rendered in this state or any other state shall forthwith suspend the license and registration and any nonresident's operating privilege of any person against whom such judgment was rendered, except as otherwise provided in this chapter.
