257.732c Workforce training payment program; creation; development; administrator; definitions.Sec. 732c. (1) The department of treasury shall create a workforce training payment program. (2) The department of treasury may work with a local workforce development board, a Michigan works one-stop service center, or a training program offered by the department of corrections to develop the workforce training payment program described in subsection (1). (3) The department of treasury shall be the administrator of the workforce training payment program described in subsection (1). (4) As used in this section: (a) 'Local workforce development board' means that term as defined in section 3 of the Michigan works one-stop service center system act, 2006 PA 491, MCL 408.113. (b) 'Michigan works one-stop service center' means that term as defined in section 3 of the Michigan works one-stop service center system act, 2006 PA 491, MCL 408.113.
