257.811t Fund-raising plate recognizing anatomical gift donation.Sec. 811t. (1) The secretary of state may issue a fund-raising plate recognizing anatomical gift donation. A fund-raising plate recognizing anatomical gift donation shall be of a design as determined by the secretary of state. Fund-raising donations for plates recognizing anatomical gift donation collected under section 811f shall be transferred under section 811h by the secretary of state to the state treasurer, who shall disburse the donation money to the Thomas Daley gift of life fund established in section 811s. (2) The fund-raising plate issued under subsection (1) may be referred to as the 'John J. Gleason gift of life plate'. History: Add. 2012, Act 54, Eff. June 30, 2012
