257.803 Special plates for manufacturer, transporter, or dealer; fees.Sec. 803. Except as otherwise provided in section 245, the secretary of state shall charge a $10.00 fee for each special plate issued under section 244. The secretary of state shall determine the number of special plates reasonably needed by a manufacturer, transporter, or dealer. History: 1949, Act 300, Eff.
