259.631 Community airport; definition. Sec. 11. As used in this act, 'community airport' means any location, either on land or water, which is used for the landing or take-off of aircraft, which provides facilities for the shelter, supply or care of aircraft, or for receiving or discharging passengers or cargo, and all appurtenant areas used or suitable for airport buildings or other airport facilities, all appurtenant rights of way and runway clear zones as designated by the civil aeronautics authority, whether heretofore or hereafter established.
