259.490 Action to enjoin, restrain, correct, or abate violation. Sec. 10. In addition to any other remedy, the commission may institute in a court of competent jurisdiction an action to enjoin, restrain, correct, or abate a violation of this act or of a rule or order of the commission issued pursuant to this act.
