259.491 Rules; forms. Sec. 11. The commission shall adopt and promulgate, and may from time to time amend or rescind, reasonable rules for the administration of this act in accordance with the administrative procedures act of 1969, Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, being sections 24.201 to 24.328 of the Michigan Compiled Laws. Publication and distribution of changes in the rules shall be at the commission's expense. The commission shall prescribe and furnish forms necessary for the administration of this act.
