259.33 Aeronautics commission; assistants and expenses. Sec. 33. Office and expense—employees of department of aeronautics. The commission is hereby authorized to employ such assistants, clerks, stenographers, and other help, and to make such expenditures as it may deem necessary for the carrying out of the provisions of this act.
