259.176 Violation as state civil infraction; fine. Sec. 176. Except as otherwise provided in this act, a person who violates this act is responsible for a state civil infraction as provided for in chapter 88 of the revised judicature act of 1961, Act No. 236 of the Public Acts of 1961, being sections 600.8801 to 600.8835 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, and is subject to a civil fine of not more than $500.00.
