259.190 Rules for administration of chemical tests. Sec. 190. Within 180 days after the effective date of this section, the department of state police shall present for public hearing pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969, Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, being sections 24.201 to 24.328 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, uniform rules for the administration of chemical tests for the purposes of this act.
