259.191 Report of conviction. Sec. 191. If a person is convicted of a violation of section 185 or of a local ordinance substantially corresponding to section 185(1), (2), or (3), a report of the conviction shall be forwarded by the court in which the conviction occurred to the federal aviation commission's general aviation district office having jurisdiction over the county in which the violation occurred.
