259.80h Seaplane base; takeoff and landing distance. Sec. 80h. A seaplane operator conducting commercial operations shall assure that the seaplane base used for takeoff or landing has sufficient takeoff and landing distance for the operation being conducted as specified by the manufacturer's operating limitations for the aircraft being operated.
