§ 259.101

259.101 State airport and landing fields; acquisition. Sec. 101. The commission may, on behalf of and in the name of this state, acquire by purchase, gift, devise, lease, condemnation proceedings, or otherwise, property real or personal, for the purpose of establishing and constructing airports, landing fields, and other aeronautical facilities, and may acquire in the same manner, own, control, establish, construct, enlarge, improve, maintain, equip, operate, regulate, and police these facilities, within this state. The commission may dispose of any property acquired under this section, in accordance with the laws of this state governing the disposition of other similar property of the state.
