259.147 Transfer of operational jurisdiction of other publicly owned airports to regional authority.Sec. 147. A regional authority may accept the transfer of operational jurisdiction of other publicly owned airports, in and outside of the local government. In accepting a transfer, the regional authority shall not assume financial obligations other than those associated with the operation of the airport being transferred and with debt issued to finance improvements at the airport being transferred.
