259.819 State's free use of facilities. Sec. 19. The state shall have the free use of runways, taxiways, ramp facilities and public areas, under the jurisdiction of the authority, necessary to the operation of its aircraft. The authority is prohibited from charging the state landing fees, tie-down fees or other similar fees. History: 1970, Act 73, Imd. Eff. July 16, 1970
