26.11 Supervision of publication by supreme court reporter; final authority of supreme court. Sec. 11. Said reports shall be published under the supervision of said reporter, and subject at all times to the directions of the justices of the supreme court, or a majority of them, to whom shall be referred any matter of dispute, and their decision shall be final and binding upon the contractor and the state.
