28.612 Executive director; appointment; functions and duties; compensation.Sec. 12. The commission shall appoint an executive director of the commission. The executive director shall be an employee of the commission and shall hold office at the pleasure of the commission. The executive director shall perform the functions and duties that are assigned to him or her by the commission.
