28.296 Availability of records to public. Sec. 6. Records maintained under this act, other than those declared to be confidential by law or which are restricted by law from disclosure to the public, shall be available to the public pursuant to procedures prescribed in this act, in the freedom of information act, 1976 PA 442, MCL 15.231 to 15.246, and in other applicable laws.
