28.308 Conduct as felony; penalty.Sec. 8. A person who makes a false certification or statement in applying for an enhanced driver license or enhanced official state personal identification card is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 5 years or a fine of not more than $5,000.00, or both.
