28.412 Stolen and recovered personal property; records and files maintained. Sec. 2. The commissioner of the Michigan state police shall maintain adequate records and files with respect to such stolen and recovered personal property, and shall report the recovery thereof to the law enforcement officer reporting the personal property as stolen.
