28.256 Inapplicability of act as to traffic misdemeanors. Sec. 6. The provisions of this act do not apply to misdemeanor traffic cases or to persons wanted for misdemeanor traffic offenses, or for the violation of any city, village or township ordinance. The provisions of this act shall not be construed to in any way affect existing or future laws and procedures governing the reporting of persons wanted for traffic law violations or for the violation of city, village or township ordinances.
