280.579 Intercounty drain; construction or improvement for flood control project. Sec. 579. Any intercounty drain or any portion thereof now or hereafter existing may be constructed, cleaned out, relocated, widened, deepened, straightened, tiled or otherwise improved when necessary for the public health, as a part of any flood control project under the provisions of this chapter.
