286.379 Violation of act as misdemeanor; penalty. Sec. 9. Any person or other legal entity who violates any of the provisions of this act is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $200.00 or more than $5,000.00 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days.
