287.853 Pseudorabies herd cleanup technical advisory committee. Sec. 53. (1) The director may establish and consult with a pseudorabies herd cleanup technical advisory committee. (2) The pseudorabies herd cleanup technical advisory committee shall serve as a resource and, at the request of the director, shall do the following: (a) Evaluate progress made in accomplishing elimination of pseudorabies virus from an infected herd. (b) Assist in obtaining cooperation from herd owners. (c) Recommend adjustments in herd cleanup plans. (d) Make recommendations for depopulation of infected herds. History: 1992, Act 239, Eff.
