§ 288.672

288.672 Unlicensed dairy plant or previously denied license dairy plant; application for license; investigation of sanitary conditions. Sec. 112. Upon receipt of an application for licensure by an unlicensed dairy plant or for a dairy plant previously denied a license under this act, the department shall investigate the sanitary conditions of the dairy plant or place of business. The director shall issue a license under this act upon determining that the sanitary conditions of the applicant's dairy plant or place of business comply with this act and rules and regulations promulgated under this act.
