289.2115 Disease transmission by employee; investigations. Sec. 2115. If the director has reasonable cause to suspect disease transmission by an employee of a food establishment, he or she may secure a morbidity history of the suspected employee and make other investigations as he or she considers necessary. History: 2000, Act 92, Eff. Nov. 8, 2000 Compiler's Notes: Sec. 1117 of Act 92 of 2000 provides:'Sec. 1117.
