289.7104 Control of molluscan shellfish.Sec. 7104. (1) @.02 of chapter I and chapters II, VII, IX to XIV, and XVI of the guide for control of molluscan shellfish are incorporated by reference except to the extent provisions of this act and rules specify different requirements. (2) The director by rule may adopt any changes or updates to the guide for control of molluscan shellfish. (3) The annexes of the guide for the control of molluscan shellfish are considered persuasive authority for interpretation of the guide for the control of molluscan shellfish.
