29.412 Liability for tort damages caused by training or educational practices.Sec. 2. An institution of higher education or a health facility or agency, or an employee of an institution of higher education or health facility or agency, that participates in a training or educational program approved under the fire fighters training council act of 1966, 1966 PA 291, MCL 29.361 to 29.377, is not liable for tort damages caused by any primary or continuing training or educational practices by a person who participated in such program if the tort damages are caused by the ordinary negligence of the institution of higher education, health facility or agency, or employee.
