3.169 Exemptions inapplicable to certain trucks, tractors, truck tractors, or semitrailers. Sec. 9. The exemptions provided in this act shall not apply to a truck, tractor, truck tractor, or semitrailer, except a 2 wheel trailer of less than 2,500 pound carrying capacity, if its gross weight exceeds the gross weight for which it is registered, or which it is permitted to haul, in the jurisdiction of its registration.
